Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, invoice, and certificates (if any) intact.
A clear unboxing video or images may be required as proof.
❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:
Change of mind
Slight color/design variations (as product images may differ due to lighting or screen resolution)
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Reason for return
Images or video of the product (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If the return is approved due to a mistake from our side (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Binduxi Jewellers.
If the return is approved for any other valid reason, return shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Customers must provide correct bank/UPI details to process the refund.
Refund timelines for COD orders are 5–7 business days after approval.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Shipping charges (including COD charges)
Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers, unless received damaged or incorrect
All shipping costs levied by the seller or platform owner are non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
