Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• All tags, invoice, and certificates (if any) must be intact
• Clear photos or an unboxing video may be required for verification
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Slight color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution
• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact us at:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Images or video of the product
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Binduxi Jewellers will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Customers must provide correct bank or UPI details to receive the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
• Shipping charges (including COD charges)
• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers unless damaged or incorrect
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time:
